The base is Speend’s processing fee, not the merchant’s turnover. Example: the merchant processes 100,000 USDT, Speend’s fee comes to 1,000 USDT, and the partner reward is 300 USDT. Only successfully settled transactions count — sign-ups, test payments and cancelled operations are out of scope, and blockchain network fees are excluded from the base.

30% of Speend’s fee on every settled transaction of the merchant. Individual terms are available for above-standard volumes — through your partner manager.

The minimum payout threshold is 10 USD.

Payouts are in stablecoins — USDT/USDC across all major networks. Rewards become available for withdrawal immediately. Payouts are made on request from your dashboard, where you also set your payout details.

No. Neither the number of merchants nor the total volume is capped, and the rate does not drop as you scale.

Through your referral link. The click is stored in the browser for 90 days on a last-click basis. The merchant’s attribution to the partner is permanent and is never transferred.

Projects that need crypto payment processing: iGaming, Forex and brokerage services, cross-border e-commerce, SaaS, VPN and hosting, affiliate and CPA networks. Every merchant goes through Speend’s standard onboarding review, so refer projects with a working website and real payment traffic. Merchants that fail the review are not accepted for attribution.

The partner receives a share of the fee Speend actually charges on the referred merchant’s transactions. The model is lifetime: payouts continue for as long as the merchant processes payments through Speend, with no time limit.

No. The partner takes no part in the integration — placing the referral link is enough. Everything else (API integration, webhooks, withdrawals) is handled by the merchant’s team together with Speend support.
